CONDO at Los Caracoles Condominium
My friend's condo at Los Caracoles Condominium at Marina Vallarta has 4 bedrooms
and 3 bathrooms. (I think one of the bedrooms is for the maid)
They do not use it very often any more
and now they want to rent it for long terms.
I think it is possible to rent
it for minimum 3 months.
The rate for one year is $2,000 U.S. the rent for 6 months is $2,500 U.S. and for 3 months is $3,000 U.S. per month. The place has tennis court, pool and beach.

The minimum term is 6 months and this property is 4,000 U.S. per month. The location is at
El Tigre Golf Course at Nuevo Vallarta. El Tigre Golf Course if part of a big property
of Paradice Village at Nuevo Vallarta.
Gated community, security, and they also have a gym.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, fully and beautiful kitchen, and
as you see in the pictures, the furniture and all the decoration is very
nice. The owners are moving to USA and they will like to sell it ($750,000)
but not right now, so in the mid time they want to rent it, probably for 2
or 3 years.
Small pet may be ok...
